Community First Credit Union Personal Loans: An Unbiased Overview

Their fees are much higher than other competitors. Avoid them and the introduction of fee-based planning for low-income, low-asset clients – absolutely disgraceful.

There must be less than 1 star rating in the review. This credit union allowed us to fill out a mortgage application online. A loan officer contacted us the next day and went over all the information carefully. We sent everything they asked for within three weeks. Instead, they told us that our income, which they knew from day one, was not enough. You know what’s not enough? Delta Community Credit Union, your loan experts, save us time and energy. We turned down good offers. Many are the result of your carelessness and not doing your job properly.

The website is confusing and difficult to use. Trying to call a person is very difficult. I got frustrated and left the website to try to navigate.

I have not received the gift card yet. It’s been a few months since my award. So I tried to find out where they were.

I never thought I would meet a beautiful woman named Ann. It is truly a miracle. I have no information for him. Just when I thought all hope was lost, thank you Ann and thank you doctors for having customer service representatives like Ms. Ann.

Overall, I would say that I had a mostly positive experience with Delta Community Credit Union, however, the new branch in Snellville, Georgia had to make some adjustments to about fifty percent of the ATMs. The money at this ATM “then didn’t take cash deposits” was especially disappointing because the next closest place was Suwanee, Georgia, 12 miles away! It is absolutely ridiculous that anyone would do that. Driving 20 minutes to deposit money in an ATM is the worst! Weekends are the worst! Note that this location may be understaffed or open until 1:00pm. Nothing wrong with walking into this place on a Saturday morning and seeing a line almost out the door. Delta communities should consider setting up free ATMs. or even other branches between these places to support a growing customer base from my past experience limited access to banking facilities/services forced to conduct my business elsewhere. I hope that the DCCU will help to resolve this important issue quickly.

My last payment was perfect. But I had other financial problems: my mother went to live in a nursing home for a year. I had unexpected and unplanned debt. I have to leave the debt. But I never paid for the car. Then my car was suddenly broken. It’s not my fault, I’m involved in everything. I thought my great community credit union would at least pick up where I left off when DCCU got the money with no strings attached. No. I am a human being. New, without influence. With my previous entries. Don’t kid yourself that you’re different from the big banks.

About two weeks ago I called DCC to apply for debt consolidation. I was told it will take 45 days to install. But they took care of my payday loan immediately. They really do what they claim. I don’t believe. I had 3 payday loans and they made me pay in 5 days so I did. And of course I enjoy listening to them. I still pay. But there is no charge that will kill me. I am very happy to have met these people. They were a bit concerned about the correct payment, but now I know why. That’s right

Consumers don’t seem to care when using a debit card you should feel some level of protection. If you are involved in fraud or have been defrauded by someone using your card… you will need several months to file a report. I answered dozens of calls and I really hope you do better than me: $1,200 spent even though I followed their every step, sent many faxes, emails, letters and phone calls. But the online company basically stole $1,200 in monthly payments that DCCU refused to help me recover. I am leaving my business. And banks that lack security or customer service don’t deserve to stay in business. Many banks these days are hurting their customers with exorbitant fees and zero customer service. But in my heart, I believe there can be a local or smaller bank or credit union that still provides good old fashioned protection and customer service to its customers. I encourage you to close your account and find a bank that will sit with you. Both their customers and the average American consumer. I have told all my friends and family to avoid this bank. And I am in the process of closing my account in favor of another credit union. Let’s hope they do a better job than the DCCU!
