Blu Condos In Fort Walton Beach, Florida, Condo
In a quiet area of Okaloosa Island, Blue 103. This property offers relaxation and comfort just steps from the pool and the Gulf of Mexico. This four bedroom, three bath home is beautifully decorated. As you enter, the view leads you to the main living space. The kitchen is spacious and offers everything you need to cook or prepare a large party. Stainless steel appliances, glossy cabinetry and round cabinets are stunning, and a large island adds even more space. The dining room seats six guests and the living area has plenty of seating for everyone. A wet bar, ice machine, two wine coolers and plenty of drawer and cupboard space for all your snacks and drinks are found in the den. Balconies are accessible from both living areas and provide plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the Gulf sunrises and sunsets. The master bedroom also has a balcony. With a king-size bed, bath and stunning water views, you’ll never want to leave. The bathroom has a double sink, separate bathtub and walk-in shower, each with a glossy finish. Two bedrooms have king size beds and the third has two bunk beds and a queen sofa bed. The final bedroom doubles as a media room with plenty of space with a queen sleeper sofa. Two guest bathrooms round out the amazing unit where nothing is needed. Meticulously appointed rooms, laundry facilities and stunning views make Blue 103 your next Emerald Coast retreat.

In addition to being brand new, Blue is unique because it is located on the quiet end of an island in the Gulf of Mexico with 300 feet of private bay frontage. We share this entire beach with only 46 owners. Our resort facilities are among the best on the island and offer two large pools, a zero entry, beachside fire pits, large hot tubs, a state of the art fitness center, gated security and a professional barbeque area. This coast will have 30 miles of low traffic facilities in both directions!
Our unit is a spacious 1836 square foot heated and cooled space. We have a large eat-in kitchen with a full size dining room and eat in bar that seats thirteen! It flows into a large living room with 65 “4K Roku Smart TVs.” We each have three large bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and king-size beds. Shower heads including rainwater and spa built into the marble bench!
We also turned the media room into a 4th bedroom with a queen over queen bed and the kids compete over who sleeps in the bed. This bedroom has a large third bath with two sinks. To ensure everyone has clean clothes throughout the week, we have a full size laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. Finally, and perhaps best of all, we are located 15 feet above sea level, maintaining the best land view of any location on Okaloosa Island, while our large dining room, which seats six, has direct access to the pool and beach.
What we are really excited about is that our guests can access Wild Willie Island, Bay and Bay Island from the quiet side of Okaloosa Island and the boardwalk is only a 2 mile drive or drive away. . . You can see all the excitement of old in downtown Fort Walton with Publix 2.5 miles away, or Destiny Harbor and Harbor Walk Village just 7 miles away!

On the island: (walking distance) Best restaurant is Old Bay Steamboat, a bit pricey but good. We love the atmosphere in the bay, it’s a container ship restaurant where kids can play for hours. Stevie’s is great for fresh fish at “value” prices. Fubar is like a diving school bar but they have pizza with a hard bar and live music. Our favorite place on the boardwalk overlooking the ocean is Rocking Tacos, the food is good and the view is amazing! Rick’s on the Island has great gummies and they use curds instead of rice!
We love the downtown FWB vibe. It’s like a college bar meets a great art scene. They have about 15 restaurants, all within walking distance. KC’s Sandbar usually has live music outside, hearty wings and a great selection of beers. We love the taste of tapas. There are sandwiches in the boardroom and the cowboy! Alice Bistro is an Italian beauty. They also have food trucks and my wife loves the Parlor Donuts. Mass Coffee Roasters has great coffee! You should check out the events and festivals. Farmers Market 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month from 8am to 1am. Finally, FWB crossed downtown to Wirtshaus in Bavaria, an authentic German restaurant that our European friend said was close to the real thing.
