Venus Condominiums on Okaloosa Island is the perfect choice for travelers looking for a convenient location just steps from the white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. This well-maintained owner-occupied home welcomes families with luxurious amenities, including televisions in the living room and bedrooms, a kitchen, digital cable television, and high-speed wireless Internet.
It is a very short walk to the beach. Laying on the beach all day or walking under the moon at night (or both). Do you enjoy swimming in fresh water? The public pool has tables and chairs on the spacious deck where you can sunbathe, sit, swim and socialize. Ready for some dining and nightlife? Both Fort Walton Beach and Destin are close to many great dining and entertainment options. do you want to cook? There is a patio where you can enjoy the sea breeze in the afternoon and a communal barbecue where you can enjoy cooking. The backyard has a tennis court, basketball court, shuffleboard, and a nice lawn for kids (and adults).

Bookings for groups of teenagers or young single guests are not accepted unless accompanied by an adult at the hotel at all times. At least one member of your party must be over 25 years of age. No smoking/ no pets. Respect the apartment and its contents. A condo is someone’s home. Respect your neighbor. No parties, events or smoking of any kind is permitted.
Smoking Note: Only smoke in designated areas near the grill. The building and pool area, including the condominium balconies and the area near the main entrance, are non-smoking. If you must be close to smoking, you can find other accommodation.
This property sleeps 6!!! Groups of 6 or more are charged $100 per night.
Parking: You can park anywhere around the building (we recommend parking in front of the apartment). Check two cars! Boats, campers and trailers are not allowed in this area.

Our accommodations come standard with freshly laundered linens and towels, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, hair dryers, irons and ironing boards, and toilet paper. A welcome kit with toiletries is also provided.

Cancellation: We adhere to the cancellation policy provided by the booking channel you use. Please read your rental agreement for all cancellation conditions. Please contact the website where you made the reservation to initiate the refund. Or contact us directly.

If you need to cancel your booking, you must do so at least 14 days before your arrival date to receive a full refund. A full refund is available if you cancel within 24 hours of booking, even if you book within 14 days of arrival. If you cancel within 14 days of arrival, you will be charged the full amount. Early departure fees are non-refundable unless authorities require a mandatory evacuation during the storm. In this case, the refund will be distributed proportionally to the cost of the room.
Please note that if the site you book from is different from the above, we adhere to the least restrictive cancellation policy.
We recommend taking out holiday insurance. We offer a full refund from the time of booking to the date of arrival: 1) When the government imposes a travel ban or quarantine. 2) The government issued an order to close the beaches for more than 24 hours. 3) The government is restricting registration at resorts, which will affect arrival dates.

Daily cleaning is not performed. Bed linen and towels are included in the price of the accommodation and cannot be taken out of the accommodation. Initial installations of trash cans, toilet paper, and soap are provided. $_CleaningFee_ There is a one-time cleaning fee. If excess sand is removed during cleaning, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
Cover is not provided in the event of a temporary interruption of electricity, gas, water, cable or telephone service. Faults will be reported immediately and every effort will be made to fix them as soon as possible. Long distance calls are limited, so we recommend that you have a phone card with you.
Tenants and all other occupants must vacate the building and forfeit their rent and security deposit if they: occupy more than six bedrooms, use the building for illegal activities, damage the leased premises, or otherwise interfere with neighboring properties. the right of neighbors to use the premises peacefully. Additionally, if the number of guests exceeds 6 guests, there will be an immediate charge of USD 100 per person per night. People are considered regardless of age!
Video surveillance cameras If the hotel has video surveillance cameras, this will be announced in the premises and internal rules. CCTV cameras are designed for visual (no audio) surveillance outside of a building, not inside. The Tenant acknowledges that the property it is occupying may include a private or public swimming pool. Tenant agrees and acknowledges that the pool can be a dangerous place, the yard can be slippery if wet, and anyone who is not careful can be injured. In full knowledge of the above facts and disclaimers, the undersigned Tenant accepts and assumes all risks relating to Tenant and all Tenant’s guests in the private pool and/or yard. Protects owners and agents from damages in the event of injury or death. Landlords and Brokers require Landlords to follow all pool rules in the guestbook and house rules accompanying the listing. No one should swim alone or leave children unattended. Swimming and rock climbing are prohibited around the pool. Pool doors must remain closed at all times except when entering or exiting. Read about the signs of drowning and learn that a drowning person cannot scream for help. Lifeguards are not provided.
Guests are prohibited from servicing and repairing any items in the hotel without the manager’s approval. Customers also do not call service technicians. Guests must report all service issues to the property manager for triage and correction. Guest charges for repairs or maintenance not approved by the property manager will not be refunded.
If the property is declared pet friendly, this will be noted in the listing. Pets are allowed for a fee to cover additional cleaning costs and for the benefit of the owner. Pets will not be allowed on the property and will be fined unless the hotel specifically states that pets are allowed.
