LSU advises fans to only bring valuables, such as phones, wallets, credit cards and car keys, to LSU athletic fields. Only CLEAR bags 12″ x 6″ x 12″ will be allowed into Tiger Stadium and LSU Athletics Stadium. One gallon clear plastic bags and/or small clutch bags no larger than 4.5 in. x 6.5 in All backpacks, regardless of size, will not be made for those with identified medical needs. Please note that diaper bags that do not meet the clear bag policy will not be accepted.

One 32-ounce or smaller pre-sealed water bottle will be allowed in Tiger Stadium. However, food of any kind and other containers such as coolers, ice packs, bottles, cans, glasses, flasks, etc. it is not allowed. If you have medical needs for these products, please enter the medical screening stations at Gate 10 or the Southwest Folding Gate.

Anyone leaving the stadium must have a new, unscanned ticket to re-enter the stadium. Once scanned, the ticket is non-reusable unless otherwise instructed by LSU Events (or game day officials).

The Louisiana Legislature has implemented a smoke-free requirement for all public universities, and all Louisiana public high schools must comply. All LSU athletic facilities are considered public facilities under this law. This ban applies to everyone on LSU’s campus, including faculty, staff, students, administrators, contractors and visitors. Cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, cigars, smokeless cigarettes, port, pipes and chewing tobacco are prohibited.

All persons, regardless of age, must bring a ticket to enter Tiger Stadium. This policy is for the convenience and safety of all Tiger ticket holders. Even young LSU fans sitting on their parents’ laps can feel bad for the fans in the seat next to them and put the children’s safety at risk.

Umbrellas are not allowed at Tiger Stadium. Umbrellas left at the gate/entrance will be confiscated and disposed of during the security check. Canopies are a visual obstacle and a safety hazard for other fans. In inclement weather, LSU recommends a poncho or other wearable rain gear.

Penalties for persons trespassing on the competition grounds include, but are not limited to, removal from the venue, infractions, and loss of future ticket privileges. In addition to these three penalties, student violators face student disciplinary action.

For the safety of participants and spectators, the Commissioner will issue the following fines, payable directly to the opposing referee, for any on-court or off-court disorder that occurs while the away team and/or match officials are on the court. . The commissioner (at his discretion) may impose additional fines if he deems it necessary.

On game day, fans 21 and older will be able to sell alcohol in and around Tiger Stadium. Alcohol sales at football will end at the end of the third quarter. The policy also requires that no more than two alcoholic beverages be purchased in one transaction. A valid ID will be required for each transaction.

LSU staff and vendors will be trained to facilitate institutional and conference policies and comply with all state and federal laws and regulations. Employees of each concession stand will be required to complete the Louisiana Alcohol Retailer Training Course and obtain an East Baton Rouge County Retailer’s Permit. All servers will be informed of LSU’s policy and trained to recognize public intoxication to refuse service to any fan who appears to be impaired. Guards reserve the right to remove or arrest intoxicated fans or share alcoholic beverages with children.
