LSU advises fans to only bring valuables, such as phones, wallets, credit cards and car keys, to LSU athletic fields. Only CLEAR bags 12″ x 6″ x 12″ will be allowed into Tiger Stadium and LSU Athletics Stadium. One gallon clear plastic bags and/or small clutch bags no larger than 4.5 in. x 6.5 in All backpacks, regardless of size, will not be made for those with identified medical needs. Please note that diaper bags that do not meet the clear bag policy will not be accepted.
One 32-ounce or smaller pre-sealed water bottle will be allowed in Tiger Stadium. However, food of any kind and other containers such as coolers, ice packs, bottles, cans, glasses, flasks, etc. it is not allowed. If you have medical needs for these products, please enter the medical screening stations at Gate 10 or the Southwest Folding Gate.
Anyone leaving the stadium must have a new, unscanned ticket to re-enter the stadium. Once scanned, the ticket is non-reusable unless otherwise instructed by LSU Events (or game day officials).

Effective August 1, 2014 LSU is tobacco free as part of the Governor’s Progress Plan. The Louisiana Legislature has implemented a smoke-free requirement for all public universities, and all Louisiana public high schools must comply. All LSU athletic facilities are considered public facilities under this law. This ban applies to everyone on LSU’s campus, including faculty, staff, students, administrators, contractors and visitors. Cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, cigars, smokeless cigarettes, port, pipes and chewing tobacco are prohibited.
Stadium Seats (SLEEVED) Any stadium seat 16 inches or less in diameter fits any Tiger Stadium seat. Only arena seat cushions are allowed, no pockets or compartments. (See Wipe Bag Policy) Please be considerate of the people sitting next to you and remember that some of the seats sold by local vendors with the LSU logo may be too large to be used in Tiger Stadium. LSU encourages fans to respect other fans by choosing to stand during games. A spontaneous reaction to games or important events is expected and encouraged. Continuing to stand during the game when other fans are seated is frowned upon and will be addressed by LSU event staff if complaints from other fans are substantiated and sustained. Throwing things at the bases is strictly prohibited and will be thrown out immediately. Thrown objects can cause serious injuries. LSU takes the safety of fans, coaches, athletes and officials very seriously. LSU will act promptly and appropriately if the safety of any individual is at risk. Any fans/spectators issued for throwing objects or skipping may be subject to additional fines and the possibility of losing future ticketing rights.
All persons, regardless of age, must bring a ticket to enter Tiger Stadium. This policy is for the convenience and safety of all Tiger ticket holders. Even young LSU fans sitting on their parents’ laps can feel bad for the fans in the seat next to them and put the children’s safety at risk.
Umbrellas are not allowed at Tiger Stadium. Umbrellas left at the gate/entrance will be confiscated and disposed of during the security check. Canopies are a visual obstacle and a safety hazard for other fans. In inclement weather, LSU recommends a poncho or other wearable rain gear.

For the convenience, enjoyment and safety of all Tiger fans, please follow these guidelines for items brought into Tiger Stadium. All items are subject to approval at the discretion of LSU event management and Tiger Stadium law enforcement. No items should be left at or near the stadium gates. A security cleanup of the platform will remove any unattended items.

LSU encourages its fans to demonstrate good sportsmanship and conduct themselves in a manner that represents LSU, the Southeastern Conference and the NCAA with respect, dignity and respect. Respect and sportsmanship must be shown by all fans present at all times.
LSU Athletics applies high standards of fan conduct to all guests in attendance; failure to comply with established sports rules may result in cancellation and loss of other ticket privileges. The Southeastern Conference takes the offensive from fans after a big win. While fan enthusiasm is admirable, it can cause serious injury to other fans and student-athletes and can lead to senseless violence and vandalism.
In all sports, participating student-athletes, coaches, officials, support staff and duly authorized persons may enter the competition area. For the safety of participants and spectators, spectators are not allowed in the competition area before, during or after the competition.
Penalties for persons trespassing on the competition grounds include, but are not limited to, removal from the venue, infractions, and loss of future ticket privileges. In addition to these three penalties, student violators face student disciplinary action.

For the safety of participants and spectators, the Commissioner will issue the following fines, payable directly to the opposing referee, for any on-court or off-court disorder that occurs while the away team and/or match officials are on the court. . The commissioner (at his discretion) may impose additional fines if he deems it necessary.
On game day, fans 21 and older will be able to sell alcohol in and around Tiger Stadium. Alcohol sales at football will end at the end of the third quarter. The policy also requires that no more than two alcoholic beverages be purchased in one transaction. A valid ID will be required for each transaction.
LSU staff and vendors will be trained to facilitate institutional and conference policies and comply with all state and federal laws and regulations. Employees of each concession stand will be required to complete the Louisiana Alcohol Retailer Training Course and obtain an East Baton Rouge County Retailer’s Permit. All servers will be informed of LSU’s policy and trained to recognize public intoxication to refuse service to any fan who appears to be impaired. Guards reserve the right to remove or arrest intoxicated fans or share alcoholic beverages with children.
