After a while, they started offering delicious vegetarian sandwiches with herb-cured beef seitan, as well as field roasts and cheese.
Ask for a special vegetarian menu with sandwiches like the Chickpea Tuna Melt, Buffalo Grilled Cheese, BLT Bagel Sandwich and make your recommendation.

The most popular order is the Undead Glen, topped with shredded lettuce, pickles and vegan zombie dressing. The zombie sauce is similar to the Shisha Islands, with sriracha instead of ketchup.

They said they usually serve a thin avocado dip like guacamole. But if you want thick guacamole, ask for the thick style.
The guacamole has lots of bright lemon flavor and tastes very fresh. Boiled beans are beautifully tender.

Vegetarian dishes are not listed on the menu. However, while we were there, the staff had no problem showing us the vegetarian dishes and/or telling us how to improve the non-vegetarian offerings.
Although this Thai restaurant is not completely vegetarian, they are happy to serve fish sauce, oyster sauce and egg-free dishes whenever possible. Just ask.
Also, when you get the check at the end of the meal, it says “No fish sauce, no oyster sauce”. This gives confidence that the message has reached the back of the house.
I love getting something different every time because there are so many vegetarian options that you can change up your order.

Tofu gnocchi is on the dinner and weekend brunch menu. The dish consists of many vegetables with garlic olive oil.
I find this food harmless but bland when I eat it. It reminded me of something from a hotel restaurant where they feed so many guests from all over the world and they don’t want to taste it.
Although I never use it in a restaurant, I’m glad to have a salt spoon on the table to add something to.
Rail Bills offers a greasy spoon with vegan French toast, biscuits and gravy, and cheesesteaks.
