But she has 3 rescued fur babies who are her life. Squirt the dachshund was abandoned near the resort and Paige knew he would be perfect for her family. Bruce the mix was a shelter dog that Paige couldn’t live without. Iris the dachshund was listed as wanted on Craigslist and Paige knew they had to save her. All 3 of course saved Paige. Many of the animals and people she has met through Pet Paradise already feel like family. Can’t wait to meet and see the family grow!!!

Meet Sam! He is originally from Iowa and recently moved to Alabama about a year ago. Her love for animals began in high school when she began volunteering at an animal shelter and continued after moving to the Birmingham area. He is very involved with many non-profit organizations that specialize in injured dogs and cats. She volunteers and tries to do everything she can to place these children in a safe and loving forever home. Mother cat and 7 kittens alone and she adopted 4 kittens. She kept the cat and 2 children as her own. Sam looks forward to turning his passion into helping animals in need so that your pet receives the best possible care and everything they deserve during their stay in Paradise.
Meghan has 5 years of training experience. Her favorite thing about training is watching the progress of her owner and their puppies, cheering, encouraging and supporting them throughout the process.

We have in-home garages and private suites for overnight guests. Both are very comfortable and spacious options, the second is suitable for siblings who want to be together while sleeping.
We are not a traditional kennel where your dog spends most of its time bored, sitting and alone. All dogs on board receive daycare during their stay, just like our regular daycare dogs, which is included in the boarding fee.
Our boarding dogs sleep in a crate next to their friends, which makes them feel at home in the playroom and not separated from the pack. Studies have shown that sleeping in a kennel surrounded by other dogs, rather than being alone, can reduce a dog’s stress. We have multiple suites available at no additional cost upon request. If you have multiple dogs and want them to live together, we are happy to accommodate them in a shared suite if possible.
