Undocumented students are often reluctant to disclose their immigration status to university officials, faculty and administrators for fear of deportation or discrimination. As a result, most undocumented students are unaware of programs and services that can help them and are misinformed about available resources. Part of the challenge is that immigration policy is very complex and requires constant training to stay abreast of all the legal and policy implications of supporting undocumented students. Starting in 2015, the Dreamers Alliance began developing sticker training programs UndocuAlly and Aly.
