Fatal Car Accident Maryland Yesterday – FREDERICK, doctor. On October 5, around 10:15 a.m., FCSO deputies responded to a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Buckeystown Pike and the Westview Mall entrance. A preliminary investigation indicates a 2010 Honda CRV was traveling northbound on Buckeyestown Pike when it attempted to turn left into the mall. A 2013 Mack truck was traveling south through the intersection when it struck the Honda in the intersection.

The driver and front passenger of the Ford were transported to a local hospital in non-life threatening conditions.
