We will definitely stay here again, lots of space, very clean and the owners are very kind. Close to Alvin Island for all your souvenirs. Near the restaurant. Cute little ice cream shop and mini golf not far from Santa Rosa.
Great location easy access to second floor unit. Covered parking is a bonus. The three bedrooms/bathrooms are great. There were some issues when we arrived but they were dealt with immediately. Many restaurants and shops in the area. February is a month with good weather. It is quite cold and foggy. Disappointment not to open the pool due to lack of repairs on the balcony. We didn’t have much time outside due to the cold weather and the pool being closed. But the beach is beautiful. The sand was white and soft. It was a relaxing holiday and the 8 hour drive was very doable.
Island Princess Unit 217 was great, we had a great experience and wonderful stay. Will definitely come back.

Construction proceeded very quickly. You have to make noise to talk all day. But we were told that construction was going on before we could rent it. So we have our own fault in this too.
Regardless we had a great time and will be back again.
