The SPARK program is designed for students enrolled in an accredited nursing program in Indiana who are interested in critical care, PCU, medical/surgical nursing, or the emergency department. Students gain hands-on experience in a paid position as a senior patient care specialist – international student*. Positions offer flexible work hours, different units and levels of care, clinical leadership training in the community and more, and the opportunity to work in a new post-graduate position in the community after graduating from nursing school.
