Houses In Des Moines Iowa – The Jordan House is a historic building located in West Des Moines, Iowa, United States. It was built by abolitionist James S. Jordan and was a station on the Iowa Underground Railroad. It has been on the National Register of Historic Places since 1973.

Jordan was originally from Virginia, although that area is now West Virginia, he settled in Iowa in 1846.
