William M. Hancock, a native of Decatur, Alabama, graduated from the University of South Alabama in 1998. He attended the University of Alabama School of Law and received his Ph.D. in 2002. Mr. Hancock practices commercial litigation, creditor rights, bankruptcy, banking, foreclosure and landlord/tenant law. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Huntsville-Madison County Bar Association and Alabama State Bar Association. Mr. Daniel was born in Huntsville, Alabama and is a third generation graduate of Huntsville High School. Larry graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1990 and attended the Jones School of Law at Faulkner University where he received his JD. in 1997. Mr. Daniel served as an Assistant District Attorney in Madison County, Alabama until joining the firm in 2003. Before joining the company, Mr. South clerked for the Honorable Scott J. Vowell in the Jefferson County District Court and then began practicing insurance law in the Birmingham area. Zach was born and raised in Decatur, Alabama. He graduated from Birmingham-Southern College with a bachelor’s degree in history in 2011 and was a Harrison Honors Scholar. Since receiving his Alabama law license in 2014, Mr. Wolfe practices law at Wolfe, Jones, Wolfe, Hancock, Daniel & South, LLC, where he became a partner in 2019. Brian Williams joined the company in 2019 after retiring from the City of Huntsville with over 32 years of service; the first 18 years as a police officer and investigator with the Huntsville Police Department and over 14 years as a prosecutor and assistant city attorney with the Huntsville City Attorney’s Office. He is a proud addition and current member of Wolfe Jones Real Estate.

Brian was a lifelong resident of Huntsville and a graduate of Grissom High School. He graduated from Jacksonville State University with a Bachelor of Science in Forensic Science in 1986. One of his proudest accomplishments was earning his Juris Doctorate from Birmingham Law School while working as a criminal investigator for the City of Huntsville. While in law school, he was a member of the Sigma Delta Kappa law fraternity. Based on his previous law enforcement and legal experience, Governors Robert Bentley and Kay Ivey also appointed Brian as Legal Counsel to the Alabama Board of Polygraph Examiners.
