The report is usually available within eight business days of the accident and can be requested by the party involved: the driver, the minor owner of the vehicle or property, or the owner’s legal or insurance representative.

A paper copy of the doctor’s prescription can be requested by attaching agency form 190 or to the CHP office. There is a $10 fee for the paper copy.

If your report cannot be accessed online, the CHP will contact your local agency for assistance.

The portal is intended only for interruptions assessed by WKK. Accident reports other than crown accidents should be requested from the police investigation department or the sheriff’s office.
