Support TikToker moms and daughters in grades 7-12, working together in school groups, in the community, and in our store. Voluntary attitudes make us accountable and each participant feels like a valued member of the fraternity.

Charity is at the center of our work, and our goal is to give mothers and daughters the opportunity to experience special social, cultural and charitable relationships. Some of the charities we work closely with are Para Los Ninos, House Above the Circle, Partners for Every Child, St. Families are encouraged to join organizations that have special meaning for them, and our approved list includes dozens of people.  Our property at 5000 Hollywood Boulevard in Los Angeles has long served state-sponsored thrift programs and other charitable organizations, and we operate the timeless Ticktocker Thrift Shop at the property at 9441 Culver Boulevard in Culver City. Funding comes from our efforts, the most interesting of which is the Ticktocker Grant Program: in return, Ticktockers identifies, prepares and presents grants of their choice to the Board of Directors.

As a women’s organization, we expect our mothers to mentor their daughters to be good volunteers and effective philanthropists, and we expect our daughters to emulate us. The Ticktocker experience allows every girl to learn the joy of helping others, learn resilience and compassion, and make friends while sharing and participating in these activities. Historically, school groups that provide philanthropic opportunities that benefit girls have closely aligned with and leveraged the expertise of the National Alliance of Philanthropy.

After Ticktocker completed his duties last year, he wants to add to his NCL experience by attending the Coronation Debutante Ball, a big traditional evening and family event.  Later, his mother remains an active member as a senior patron and is invited to join senior groups, participate in public affairs and take a leadership role in the organization.
