If you’re looking for a high standard of living, East in the North Hills is the place for you. Great facilities and great staff. The place is always clean and the maintenance staff is very nice. The views are amazing, especially the vantage point on the 36th floor.
I have lived in many places and I have to say this is my favorite! The staff are very friendly and helpful. I had minor handling issues and always handled them accordingly. I have known Robert for many years from his previous Ken properties and have always enjoyed his company and assistance. The property is well maintained and always cleaned. I met many residents who became friends. I love their events when I have time to join them. You can’t beat the amenities anywhere else. Convenience and access to all restaurants and shopping within walking distance.[…] Overall a great place to live!

I’ve been living in the East for less than a month and already it’s my favorite apartment. From the apartments, the decoration of the building and the amazing facilities, everything here is top notch. You won’t get a better view in Raleigh than the one you get from the 36th floor. Valentina took all the time in the world (including many visits) to make sure I chose the right apartment. The Eastern Leasing team and service team went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect and made the check-in process a breeze. Everyone you meet here is so friendly, I can’t recommend this place enough.
If you are debating where to live in Raleigh, I recommend choosing East. I’ve lived here for three months and couldn’t be happier. The facilities are out of this world and the staff constantly go out of their way to help you. My vertically challenged dog is a big fan of the floor-to-ceiling windows, and the only place you can get a better view of Raleigh is from a helicopter. Book a trip and thank me later.
