My experience with Home Instead for my mom was fantastic. I lost my father when I was in Afghanistan and I had to come back and figure out how I was going to take care of my mother. I read a previous positive review on Home Instead, so I chose them. They explained everything in advance, including prices and policies. Home Instead helped my mother take her medication and kept track of numerous doctor appointments. When she went to the hospital, they came to visit her. They worked with me and my family to meet every need that arose. We will be moving to Dallas and using Home instead, hoping our experience there will be as good as our experience in Reno.
