Catholic Charities Migration and Refugee Services provides affordable legal advice and representation on a wide range of immigration matters.
Customers are charged a nominal service fee, which can be reduced or waived based on financial need. The consultation fee is $40.00. Additional costs may apply depending on the service requested. At the end of the consultation, clients will be informed of the services that the agency can provide and the required fees.
Receiving a general consultation does not guarantee that we will assist you with your case or represent you at your immigration court hearing. However, it is an option to speak with an attorney or accredited representative who has experience dealing with immigration issues.
