Working closely with a client and putting people forward when I use my legal knowledge to help go.

Managing a personal injury claim requires persistence and attention to detail. This is a difficult and time-consuming task. Bill’s experience, determination and hard work have helped him achieve favorable results for his clients.
Bill never wanted to be a personal injury lawyer or any lawyer. He grew up on a farm in central Pennsylvania, and there were no lawyers in the family. Worked in high school and college. He chose a degree in chemical engineering, but wanted a career that would help people more directly. It wasn’t until his final year of university that he decided to go to law school and still wasn’t sure what kind of lawyer he wanted to be.
In law school, he focused on intellectual property rights, including patent and copyright litigation. After graduation, a twist of fate led him to a small general practice in Pennsylvania called Roberts Michaels. There, he found his calling representing real people with real problems. He wasn’t hired to treat personal injuries, but he was asked to help with a bad ATV accident that seemed to have no end in sight. His client suffered a severe leg fracture that required multiple surgeries. He never fully recovered. The customer’s own policy should be valid, but the insurance company interprets the denial policy as referring to the legal policy. This seems completely unfair. With the help of his managing partner, Bill eventually recovered his client’s $200,000 policy limit. Dealing with someone whose claim was denied simply because they lacked the ability to hire a strong insurance company is rewarding and fun work!
Bill has been exclusively handling personal injury cases and insurance claims for many years. He’s learned over the years that insurance companies and negligent defendants will only pay what you can prove they’re obligated to pay. He wants to turn the odds to the benefit of the injured victim.
