The Education and Research Center (ERC) is located on Level 1 of the Iowa Methodist Parking Garage. The Iowa Methodist parking lot is located on the west side of the Iowa Methodist campus at the corner of Pleasant Street and 14th Place. We recommend parking in the Iowa Methodist Parking Garage and taking the South Parking garage elevator to the first floor. After exiting the elevator, you will be in the ERC. You can also enter the ERC from the Woodland Avenue entrance.
Please note that the Woodland Avenue entrance is only open Monday to Friday until 6pm. Use the Iowa Methodist Parking Garage entrance after 6 p.m. on Sundays on weekends Graham Construction has been a trusted partner of UnityPoint Health – Des Moines since 1981.
