Upon entering the store we were greeted by a salesperson (Mrs. Ursula) who introduced us to what we were looking for. It allows us to walk around the market freely without stress. He will check on us if we have any questions. He is very informative and helpful. We bought a sofa today! We are so happy!

So what started as a happy experience has become a nightmare for furniture lovers. On 2/10/24, my fiancé and I bought what we thought was a Foyland King bedroom with an extra bed. Just learned after talking to two sales professionals Alexis and Derrick that 1: part of our order was delayed (understandable) 2: they are out of Foyland 5 of the boys wearing Out of the bill. We now spent 2 hours with them to make sure we got everything right before leaving the store. We even asked to sign up for their special credit card so we could have everything fully paid. We spent over $ 7,000 on this piece of furniture because it was not finished or shipped at all. I’m upset because we take the time to ask all the questions, even the president and the manager who makes the process work. I tried to call at least one person and all I could get was a call center. However, when we shop directly, everyone is on the phone. I want to solve this problem, but now I am forced to communicate online. This is a shame because you are so beautiful. All I want is for them to help us solve this problem. Finally, when I spoke to the call center, they said they would leave a message for someone from Ashley Furniture to call me. Still waiting to hear from you. Please do not regret after shopping with all of you.
