In 1985, I began a 30-year career at Xerox Corporation, where I held various leadership positions in finance, operations and sales. In 2009, I completed the certification program to become a Certified Senior Consultant.

He has worked with people with developmental disabilities, adults with dementia, and seniors with Parkinson’s disease. Over the past decade, she worked on scheduling, connecting tutors for our clients, and later became one of our Quality Care Directors.

Betty Jo is the mother of two children and grandmother of four grandchildren. She is currently taking care of her 102-year-old grandmother and her husband, who has Parkinson’s disease.
Donna Schmidt joined Home Instead in November 2018 as Account Director. After more than 34 years working at Xerox Corporation, he has experience in executive and strategic roles. Donna holds an MBA from the Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester.
Donna has many years of experience helping others, especially the elderly. Donna is an avid billiards player and currently plays weekly with the Kodak Concert Band at Senior Campus in Monroe County. Additionally, Donna Webster plays with the Village Band and is a member of the board of directors. When Donna isn’t making music, she spends as much time as possible with her husband, two adult sons, and their families.
Terry started as a caregiver at Home Rather Senior Care in May 2017. He was promoted to planner in January 2018. Terry loves his position and what Homestead Seniors does for seniors youth and their families. Terri is the mother of two daughters and previously worked at a fully licensed daycare for 10 years. She spent most of her life taking care of children.
