Charlotte Conway joined CCCU in 1993 as a lobby receptionist. Over the years, she grew into her role, becoming vice president of branch services in 2006 and then vice president of member services in 2012. Charlotte has been instrumental in the development and growth of the department. Under his leadership, the department has become a model of excellence in the credit union industry, consistently providing outstanding service to members. Charlotte’s dedication and passion for serving members has made her a respected leader and a valuable asset to the credit union.

Hope Smith joined CCCU in 1994 as a marketing specialist, the credit union’s first full-time marketing staff. Over the years, she rose through the ranks to become Vice President of Marketing and Communications in 2014. Hope is a driving force behind the credit union’s marketing efforts. She is instrumental in promoting the credit union’s values and missions as well as developing and implementing successful marketing strategies. Asha’s contributions to the credit union and commitment to its members will not be forgotten.

Community Christian Credit Union will reopen its newly renovated branch in San Dimas, CA on July 19th. 2021. At the same time, it will also close its Covina, CA branch. The San Dimas branch at the head office has been closed since April 2020 due to the pandemic. It has undergone a complete interior renovation with a new and updated design. In celebration of the San Dimas branch grand re-opening, Community Christian Credit Union will host an open house on July 22, 2021.
