To use our free pick-up service, please call your rental location directly on the phone number provided on your booking confirmation. Pickup service policy (hours of availability, permitted pickup distance, etc.) vary by location, so it is important to call the location and arrange pickup at least 24 hours before your desired rental time. The counter representative will give the customer the keys and directions to their car. FAST RETURN: Follow the signs at the airport to return your rental car. You do not need to return to the counter to complete your rental. Write down your mileage and fuel level on the rental agreement and enter them in the Fastbreak return field. A sealed rental agreement will be sent within 48 hours.
COUNTER: AIRLINE PASSENGERS Upon arrival, collect your luggage at the baggage claim section, located on the lower level of the airport terminal.
