Authorities are searching for the driver of a multi-vehicle crash in Broward County, Florida, that killed one person and closed the road for hours Wednesday morning.

The fatal accident happened shortly before 5 am. in the northbound lane of the southbound interchange of Interstate 595 in Davie.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the driver of a 2013 Infiniti JX SUV crossed into the path of a 2017 Toyota RAV4 SUV, causing the Toyota to veer onto the inside shoulder and hit the center guardrail.
The Toyota then rolled several times before coming to rest. Also, the driver of a northbound truck was unable to avoid the Toyota and flipped the truck onto its side, officials said.

The Lexus did not slow down or stop for the Cadillac and they collided. The right side of the Cadillac then collided with the pedestrian and the left side of the Kia.
