I had a plan to change the oil easily. I was told it wouldn’t take long to wash the car. After waiting for almost 3 hours, I asked how my car was ready. Manager Mike Wangle said he would check but never got back with an answer. After going through at least 4 times he finally figured it out and told me it would take another 15 minutes. He also charged $10. I will not be going back to West Palm Beach Kia for any service. I wasted an entire Saturday sitting in the waiting room with screaming kids and Mike’s behavior.
