Kevin Kelly will be branch manager for OnPoint’s new office in Newburgh. Kelly has been with OnPoint since 2006 and has served as branch manager for the past 14 years. He has received several honors during his career, including being the recipient of the OnPoint Honor Society Award. During his time as branch manager, Kelly opened four OnPoint branches in Salmon Creek, Selwood, Stadium and Lombard. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Oregon.

To celebrate the opening of the Newberg branch, OnPointwill donated $5,000 to the Newberg Area Habitat for Humanity. The Newberg area is a local chapter of Habitat for Humanity International, which provides housing for local families between 25% and 60% of the area median income range. Its mission is to provide safe, decent and affordable housing. Their work helps stabilize housing conditions for families who may experience rising rents or be forced to move in a few years. Partner families implemented sweat equity and helped build their homes with dozens of volunteers, including businesses and church building teams from the surrounding community.
