“I think spending all that time at home with their animals — and for some of them it was just their company — I think it builds relationships,” Washburn said. “Because these people built these relationships during the pandemic, I think they’re looking to help their dogs now, rather than just stop the behavior they don’t like. We want to train dogs and their owners in a clean, safe and fun environment and we teach them how to communicate with their dog and get lasting results.”
Washburn noted that the Zoom Room uses hospital disinfectant to disinfect all surfaces, and follows CDC-recommended COVID-19 precautions.
