Call Centers In Las Vegas Nv – GLR recently completed this second 80,000-square-foot meeting and call center for CVS Health and IngenioRx (now CarlonRx). The project required extensive demolition that took the structure down to the exterior walls and floors meaning the entire floor was cut out to accommodate the Walkerduct.
A system to facilitate the connection of call center lockers throughout the building. All new plumbing and electrical systems have been installed as well as two backup generators. The building was completely renovated, including a visual shield around the entire roof to hide the new HVAC units on the roof. Exterior construction included a power generation addition, a new outdoor staff patio, ADA-compliant construction, painting and landscaping. At its core is the IngenioRx Client Encounter Center, which creates a unique customer experience through advanced technology and environment. These unique finishes can be found throughout the home in areas such as the reception area.
