Family Law Attorney Denver Colorado

Family Law Attorney Denver Colorado – Being separated from your partner is very difficult and can cause a lot of problems. How is parenting time allocated? How will we divide the property? At Springer & Steinberg, P.C. we handle a wide range of family law matters. Our Denver family attorneys are here to guide you and your family toward a brighter, more stable future.

You don’t need any family law firm – you need a firm that understands the judge who ultimately makes the decision. What matters is whether your case is heard in a Denver courthouse rather than in Jefferson County. There are a lot of new judges in Arapahoe County, so it is not enough to just have your attorney on the job long enough, you also need up-to-date experience with the replacement judge. Our attorneys practice in a variety of cases throughout Colorado, so we know Adams County Judges and Douglas County Judges. We combine the experience and knowledge of a judge to give your case personal attention.

Family law cases have strong emotional elements and can be difficult to resolve. Calculating child support, spousal support (what used to be called alimony), and parenting time may seem like just numbers on paper, but our attorneys understand that there’s more to it than just the law. At Springer & Steinberg, P.C. we want to preserve the relationships you develop while protecting the interests you receive. Let us negotiate on your behalf and be your advisor during these difficult times.

Our Denver family law attorneys have the negotiation skills to help clients get the most from their disputes. However, not all situations require equal splits and there are always variables to consider. Property, parenting time, and child support must be divided, and usually this division is not temporary. We know how to play well and know when to fight with everything we have. Our results speak for themselves. Our reputation is built on hard work, dedication and customer support. We constantly ask ourselves: “How can we increase our clients’ chances of a good outcome?” Understanding judges, the law, arbitrators, and our competition gives us and you an advantage.

We understand the impact of underrepresentation, including onerous payments or limited childcare time. Things are changing too. Even if a court has issued a permanent injunction, we can get involved and work to right the wrongs of the past. If you’re unhappy with your current situation and current attorney, and don’t want to go it alone, we can help.

For more information, call 303-861-2800 for a free estimate. We will take the time to understand your situation and provide you with an honest assessment.

In the past, when parents separated, one parent became the primary parent or the single parent. This role is mostly played by women. Although women still shoulder the majority of childcare responsibilities, in most families men are more involved in the childcare process than ever before. Therefore, separation after divorce can be devastating for children.
