Palm Beach County Ticket Payment – Just this week, the county is waiving all collection agency fees to get drivers with unpaid traffic tickets and overdue court fines back on the road.
West Palm Beach, Fla. – In Palm Beach County, more than 430,000 cases were sent to collections in the last 12 months due to missing payments. Late fees will increase if the ticket is not paid, but the Palm Beach County Clerk and Auditor of Court is willing to help.

For this week only, the county is waiving all collection fees. This plan is called “Operation Green Light”.

A spokeswoman for the county clerk’s office said residents can save up to 40 percent on expired tickets through Operation Green Light.
More than 400 people benefited from the savings on the first day of the program. According to the clerk’s office, assuming an average collection rate of 30 percent, these individuals saved a total of $29, or $812.81.
Payment can be made online at mypalmbeachclerk.com. To pay by phone, customers may call the Operation Green Light Clerk’s Office at (561) 274-1530 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Call the Court Payment Center at (561) 207-7189 Monday through Friday or 8 a.m. at 8 p.m. Monday to Friday. This allows court cases to be heard fairly before all segments of the community and reflects the diverse population of our county.
In Palm Beach County, the clerk’s office is responsible for the day-to-day administration of jury service. Our jury team will make sure your court experience goes as smoothly as possible. As you prepare for jury service, our Jury Portal covers many common questions jurors are asked when called.
How do I choose a jury summons? Prospective jurors are randomly selected from the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles; United States Citizens are 18 years of age or older, legal residents of Palm Beach County and possess a driver’s license or identification card.
What happens after I receive a citation? After you receive your summons, check your jury service date. The day before your citation date, go to our “When to Report” page after 5pm. And find out if you have to report the next day.
