The front floors were rusted and had to be cut out and replaced. – wiring is generally clean and not broken – practically everything works as it should; All lights work, doors open and close fine, windows go up and down well, brakes are great, e-brakes work great, power steering makes everything easier, GDP winch works (but no cable wrap) – clean MA title in hand some work Recently done a few years: – Totally pristine dual exhaust (raised headers) – Rebuilt Edlebrock 4bbl carb (has a small cold vacuum leak that I’m trying to find/fix) – New intake manifold – Reworked and reupholstered pro seats – Front floor panels – Brakes all around, including lines, MC and metering valve – Wheel bearings – Suspension (4″ lift) – Tires (37″ and wheels (17)) – Dana 60 front end from a 70s W200 with power steering and disc brakes – NP435 from newer Dodge (slightly leaking from GDP and sometimes hard to get into 2) – U joints everywhere – fluids everywhere – vinyl carpet kit – gas tank cleaned and sealed – all tuning parts – windshield and gasket – radiator – master and slave cylinders – New class 4 clutch Known issues/things it could use: – Fuel level sensor sent for repair. How successful it will be remains to be seen. The fuel sensor feeds the temperature sensor, so neither works now, but when the recovery works, both will work. – front door seals need to be replaced – horn button needs to be wired (horn works and all wiring is in place) – I took the heater off to install an electric heater but haven’t done it yet – needs battery cables (they’re just broken and the clamp bolts are missing, so they sometimes come loose) – the clutch slips a little, but it’s not bad. I’m going to set it up. – Many holes in the roof from various lanterns and the like. For years but all silicone filled and leak free – no major leaks but transfer case and transmission drop every few days – tires rub all over – small carb vacuum leak when I’m cold which I’m going to look at today – the only bondo that I know is on the left rear door and was done long before I got it, I’m sure there are a lot of things I’m forgetting.
