Each lesson lasts 60 minutes and is conducted by qualified teachers. We always start with a warm-up designed to activate the muscles used for the exercise.
The coach informs the team about exercises, movements and correct form. During the training, the trainer will guide and direct him.

Nicole Greene grew up in Normandy Park and became her first Crossfit student at Gonzaga University in 2012. She graduated with a degree in biology in 2013, then tested Jet-A Fuel for SeaTac Airport and became an environmental researcher in Fremont. In 2019, she and her husband moved back to Normandie Park and bought their first home. After leaving the CrossFit life for 7 years, he decided to take his level 1 certification and return to CrossFit Burien as a coach. If you don’t see her at the gym, she’s probably at home making some cute clothes or playing the latest Pokemon game. If you tell him the race you’re going to, he’ll probably go to the same race. When you see her at the gym, she’s the one wearing the crazy colored leggings with the gym!
