I entered my room’s car for factory sale. He greeted me upon arrival and helped me immediately. The driver took me home as he would be there most of the day. The driver, by the way, was excellent and very professional. They called me a few hours before closing and said the car was ready. To my surprise, Don told me that the car’s oil cap was missing and 3 quarts of oil had spilled on the engine. The next day I told Don that I changed the oil. They must be the ones who forgot the hijab. I asked if it is possible to add oil and replace the cap. I told Don that I could pick up the car the next day and gave them time to do this service. When I came to pick up the car. They helped me quickly. The car was brought to my door for my convenience. When I asked for the report. It’s bigger than the one I brought. The service representative apologizes for this. He made some corrections and my account was fixed. He is professional and it shows that he loves his job. WILLIS NISSAN is great. I had the best car buying experience I have ever had at Willis Automotive. I knew what I wanted and when I walked into the sales office I met Christy Grimes. She is amazing, I can’t say enough good things about her. I told him what I wanted and he was able to get exactly what I was looking for within my budget. In a world where everyone is afraid of car salesmen, Kim is the savior. He is the friendliest and nicest car salesman we have ever met. He helped us understand the different trims and helped us decide which car we wanted to buy. We originally ordered the gas because the hybrid was a few months away and three days later Kim called me to ask if I was interested in the hybrid because the previous order refused to take it. Kim was amazing throughout the whole process. I mean, when people are waiting over 6 months for a hybrid, Kim got it to me in 4 days and at no extra charge. He is very friendly, gives you all his time and attention, doesn’t pressure you and is transparent about everything. If there was a feature he didn’t understand, he made sure he had people around to help us understand the technology. I highly recommend working with Joe S. He called as soon as the car landed at the dealer and was able to show me what was available and help me explain things in the car during our test drive. The whole purchasing process went smoothly as we went through the company from finding the right fit to signing the documents. They also spent time on car features etc. Overall, it was a good experience and I love my new ’22 Sorento! On my second Kia, I love my 2023. Sportage! The exterior gets a lot of looks and compliments on the street! A very smooth ride, excellent handling, no cabin noise and a host of vehicle features make driving the car at home.
