As a recent graduate of Iowa State University, Isaiah Lee Chamberlin was ready to gain experience in engineering. Isaiah is originally from Woodridge, Illinois and has decided to attend Iowa State University to pursue a bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering.
Outside of work, Isaiah enjoys all kinds of outdoor activities and looks forward to learning the various tools and software used to create civil engineering projects and working with the LEE Chamberlin team.
Born and raised in Des Moines, Iowa, Richard Taylor brings eight years of construction experience to the LEE Chamberlin team. As a CAD and technical professional, Richard enjoys seeing projects through from start to finish and spends a lot of time in the field.

Having lived in New York, Missouri and Iowa, Meredith Kuhn comes to us with over 10 years of administrative experience and an appreciation for working for a small company that values both teamwork and community service. Meredith grew up in Knoxville, Iowa, graduated from Stevens College in Columbia, Missouri, and then moved to New York, where she lived for seven years.
After his experience in the big city ended, he returned to his roots, moved to Iowa and worked in the administrative field at several firms in the Des Moines area before joining LEE Chamberlin. When not at work, Meredith enjoys golf, research, live theater and stand-up comedy.
