Nora grew up in Chicago and attended business school at Drake University where she studied Integrated Marketing Communications and Direct and Interactive Marketing with a minor in Information Systems. Her family experience in commercial real estate in the Des Moines and Chicago areas gave her a strong foundation and passion for real estate at a young age. After two years of being active in real estate management, she fell in love with Iowa and decided to transition to a real estate brokerage in Iowa, and soon after joined ICREA, ICSC, IRA and CREW. She joined SVN| In 2018, the CREATE team introduces a strategic yet individual approach to the commercial buying and selling process.

She managed sales and operations for senior housing and office cooperatives with annual budgets of up to $40 million. Building relationships, motivating large sales teams, and managing complex projects to completion are skills her clients rely on to achieve their performance goals.

Britton was born and raised in Iowa and moved to Des Moines at the age of two. Graduated from Iowa State University with a degree in finance. Growing up in Des Moines provided Britton at a young age with a knowledge and experience of the area and surrounding suburbs that gave him a competitive edge in the commercial real estate industry. After witnessing the growth and expansion first hand, we have a desire and passion to play an important role in the continued expansion of both Des Moines and Iowa as a whole. Specializing in capital markets, Britton ensures that the goals and standards of its clients are paramount and are achieved through cooperation and trust. Throughout his career, Britton has acquired important skills that allow him to bring different perspectives when working with clients on the acquisition, transfer or disposition of their assets. When not in the office, Britton is likely to be talking to people to take any opportunity to make connections and build relationships to set a precedent for future improvement. In his life outside of his career, he enjoys outdoor adventures, including but not limited to hiking, camping, and exploring the country’s many national parks.

Patrick has over 10 years of commercial real estate experience managing numerous retail, development and industrial properties. Patrick has worked on apartment developments, new commercial projects, land acquisitions and many other commercial projects. Patrick graduated from William Penn University with a degree in Marketing and Management. Patrick is originally from Northern Iowa and moved to Ames/Ankeny 20 years ago.

Patrick has extensive management experience that includes many positions such as General Manager of JR Motorsports in Ankeny and Boone, Iowa, overseeing sales, marketing, transportation, full engineering and manufacturing. Patrick was also a service manager for several car dealerships. He has extensive automotive experience.

Patrick has many other interests besides commercial real estate. After high school and college, Patrick continued his love of competition. He has been racing stock cars in the Midwest for over 30 years, winning many championships, most recently the Karl Chevrolet Dirt Truck Racing Championship. During this time, Patrick has partnered with many charities to raise funds for worthy causes such as JDRF and many other causes to benefit others. Patrick also enjoys meeting young racing fans who help promote the sport. In addition to this passion, Patrick is also a television host for Racindirt.tv, which is seen by thousands of people on pay-per-view streams throughout the year.

With over 20 years of experience in commercial construction and real estate development, Rich has built a network of strong relationships through a team approach to his projects. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Iowa State University, Rich began his career in Des Moines, Iowa with a local contractor/developer. With his visionary perspective and entrepreneurial mindset, he founded PDC Partners in 2005 to help clients navigate the challenges of the construction and real estate industry. Rich’s real estate development portfolio includes projects with large corporate clients and small private businesses in nine US states.
